Online Pharmacy Degrees

There's only one path to becoming a pharmacist: you must earn a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college, university, or school of pharmacy. In addition, all Pharm.D. students must complete a one or two-year residency program or fellowship.

Pharm.D. programs typically take four years to complete. Before enrolling, students must have at least two years of specific professional study (*pre-pharmacy curriculum), although most applicants have completed three years of study at a college or university.

Online Nutrition Degrees

A nutrition (science) degree can lead to a career as a registered dietitian, public health nutritionist, consulting nutritionist, or research assistant. Nutrition graduates work in a variety of work settings such as private practices, food companies, government agencies, food industries, and hospitals or physicians groups. If you are interested in becoming a university researcher, extension agent or professor, you will have to earn a master’s degree or higher in nutrition science.

Degree options include fire science technology, fire service management, and bachelors of applied science in fire science management or emergency management and planning.

Online Political Science Degrees

Political science majors or “poli sci” majors typically have a passion for public policy. While some do continue on to law school, others take up campaigning, lobbying, management, public relations, and media consulting.

Job growth in the medical billing industry is expected to average 2 percent between today and 2018. This means aspiring medical billing professionals can expect the workforce to increase from roughly 172,500 employees to 207,600 in the coming years. Medical billing professionals are responsible for compiling data, computing fees and charges, calculating rates for goods and services, and preparing invoices for billing purposes.

Online Industrial Management Degrees

Industrial management graduates work as production managers, management analysts, consultants, industrial line supervisors, and VP of manufacturing, to name just a few roles. These professionals typically earn an undergraduate degree in management or industrial management followed by enrollment in an MBA program with a focus in industrial management or a master of science in industrial management.
